About The Position

The Future Pathways Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of college, career, and STEM programming that prepares girls for postsecondary success. This role focuses on day-to-day implementation, logistics, and participant support across the Future Pathways pipeline. The Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring girls experience a clear and supportive progression from exposure -skill-building - real-world experience - postsecondary readiness through programs such as Future Ready, Eureka STEM experiences, internships and workforce exposure, seasonal camps, Saturday programming, and alumni engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social services, STEM, workforce development, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience working with youth or young adults
  • Experience supporting programs, events, or group-based activities
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, community-based environment

  • Experience supporting college readiness, STEM, or workforce development programming
  • Experience coordinating program logistics or operations
  • Familiarity with data tracking systems and basic reporting

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and materials for weekly Future Ready afterschool programming
  • Support facilitation and delivery of Eureka STEM pathway sessions, including evenings and select Saturdays
  • Support periodic facilitation and delivery of STEM pathways sessions for in-school youth
  • Assist with planning and execution of monthly Saturday experiences focused on STEM and career exposure
  • Prepare schedules, attendance tracking, space needs, and supplies to support program delivery
  • Provide on-site support to ensure programming runs smoothly and participants are engaged and supported
  • Support planning and implementation of high-impact experiences, including: o Spring Break immersion programs o Summer career and STEM camps o 4th Saturday speaker series and workshops
  • Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and onboarding facilitators, speakers, and volunteers
  • Serve as program support staff during special events and multi-day experiences
  • Assist with coordination of student placement into internship and workforce exposure opportunities
  • Support participant onboarding, orientations, and communication
  • Assist with ongoing check-ins with students and partner sites to monitor participation and resolve issues
  • Collect required documentation, timesheets, evaluations, and feedback from participants and partners
  • Prepare weekly, quarterly, and annual reports on departmental performance, site progress, and strategic outcomes
  • Maintain systems for data collection, compliance tracking, staff development, and program evaluation
  • Lead Division operations meetings; attend Program Manager meetings and participate in Leadership meetings as directed by the COO
  • Ensure timely completion of required participant assessments and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support girls through scholarship and College Shower applications and submissions
  • Support planning and logistics for quarterly alumni engagement activities
  • Maintain communication with alumni through email, text, and virtual platforms
  • Assist with connecting alumni to internships, mentorship, and postsecondary opportunities in collaboration with program leadership
  • Support participants in completing and submitting scholarship applications and College Shower materials, providing guidance, reminders, and document readiness support
  • Support coordination with corporate, higher education, and community partners
  • Assist with scheduling speakers, site visits, and experiential learning opportunities
  • Represent the organization at program-related and community events as requested
  • Track attendance, participation, and engagement using systems such as Compass 360 and Excel
  • Maintain organized program files, rosters, and documentation
  • Support reporting, grant documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
