Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel overnight and work outside normal business hours, if applicable
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Routine lifting required: 40 to 50 lbs.
  • Candidates must comply with our Fleet Management, Substance Policy, and Reference Check requirements.
  • Only candidates with valid employment eligibility (I-9) will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • You are on track to obtain industry-related certifications or licensure, such as Engineer Intern (EI/EIT) or Geologist-in-Training (GIT), Environmental Professional (EP), or other relevant industry certifications
  • You have a strong interest in field and analytical work

Responsibilities

  • Perform field inspections, testing, and site investigations for data analysis and reporting
  • Review data furnished by other lab or field staff, and ensure the accuracy of your own data
  • Conduct analyses according to standard procedures on simple projects or components of complex projects
  • Assist in writing proposals and reports on routine projects with senior review by a licensed professional
