About The Position

Hand and Stone is seeking Licensed Estheticians/Cosmetologists to join our team of skin care professionals. In this role, you will provide excellent facial and skin services to a growing customer base, ensuring that their experience in our spa is outstanding. You will be a critical link in our service delivery, utilizing your expertise in skin care and product knowledge. We handle appointment bookings and provide all necessary supplies, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform consecutive 50 minute facials, Microdermabrasion, hair removal and other skin care services
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials
• Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases and facial frequency
• Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
• Carry Professional liability insurance
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to estheticians
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
