About The Position

As a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis, you will celebrate the completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople and homeowners who are grateful to be back in their homes. Your role will involve improving your community by serving others, continuously learning about construction and building homes, and having fun while being part of a growing business. RPMs work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. You will manage renovations, control budgets, and communicate effectively, spending significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.
