Anticipated start date: TBD Supervisor: Head of the Middle School Position Status: This position is a salaried, exempt, full-time, regular, 10-month position.
Requirements
- Teaching experience in secondary or higher education
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
- In addition to relevant experience and a strong educational background, successful candidates demonstrate a love of working with children, an engaging teaching style, the ability to interact well with parents and colleagues, and a willingness to create and promote an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Teach 3-4 sections of relevant class(es)
- Co-teach a 2-week immersive, interdisciplinary class during MayATL
- Work directly with other Middle School teachers as part of a Professional Learning Community
- Advise students as part of the Middle School Advisory Program
- Contribute to the larger school community through coaching or sponsoring other extracurricular programs.
