The Mission: We are building a mission-ready bench of professionals to support the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). This program is the backbone ensuring security through comprehensive program management, financial oversight, and technical documentation. We are looking for candidates across five primary functional areas defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS): Project Management & Acquisition Support – Driving operational program support, managing risk registers, and drafting critical acquisition documents like SOWs and PWSs Financial & Budget Management – Executing life-cycle cost modeling, spend plan development, and tracking burn rates for major acquisition programs Administrative Support – High-level calendar management, event logistics, and awards program coordination for TSA leadership Communications & Reporting – Managing high-volume correspondence queues with a 30-minute routing requirement and drafting leadership briefing materials Technical Writing – Preparing and maintaining SOPs, User Guides, and CONOPS compliant with TSA MD 200.7
