2026-2027 School Year: Future Consideration Elementary - Other Certified Positions
About The Position
We are accepting applications for potential openings for the 2026-2027 school year. This includes but is not limited to School Counselor, School Nurse, Speech Therapist, School Social Worker, and Occupational Therapist. New employees are expected to attend the week of staff professional development beginning August 17th. They may also be expected to attend New Teacher Orientation on August 13th and August 14th. The first day of school for students is August 24, 2026. Submission of an application does not guarantee a screening interview; candidates will be contacted if selected. Offers of employment are contingent upon the ability to establish authorization to work in the United States, successful completion of criminal, child abuse, and FBI background checks, successful completion of reference checks, and successful completion of required drug testing. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education certification
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to inclusive learning practices
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Strong research, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students to support their development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools
