The Homebuilding Intern will be placed within the Accounting verticals and gain exposure to the business by participating in training opportunities throughout the internship. The program will facilitate participants' development of essential interpersonal and technical skills and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar's culture through onboarding, hands-on training, and team building. Upon program completion, high-performing interns may return to Lennar for full-time opportunities, such as the Future Builders Field Management Rotational Program.
