The Fusion Service Implementation Director (senior individual contributor) will play a pivotal supporting project management role in delivering a unified help desk solution across the Global Finance Organization (GFO). Reporting to the head of GFO’s Fusion Service Center of Excellence, you will coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning OAL, product development, operations, and sales, ensuring effective collaboration and timely progress across teams. In this role, you will assist with project planning and tracking, facilitate regular communication among stakeholders, and help manage dependencies and deliverables. You will work closely with business analysts during requirements gathering, support testing teams with test plan coordination and user acceptance testing, and partner with AI and automation specialists to identify and implement new efficiencies within support processes. Additionally, you’ll support the adoption of standardized workflows and best practices as a member of the Center of Excellence (COE), and promote continuous improvement by capturing feedback and lessons learned. Your proactive coordination, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be key to fostering alignment and meeting project objectives on schedule and within scope.
