About The Position
The FusionPKG VP Turnkey Commercialization is a senior leadership role responsible for the commercialization of turnkey projects within the Beauty and Personal Care industry. This position requires a strong customer service mindset and excellent project management skills, as well as experience in supply chain management and contract manufacturing. The VP will oversee contract manufacturing partners, ensuring that proper engineering, technical, and process safety support is provided. This role will also involve liaising with the commercial turnkey team to align on priorities and ensure efficient execution of projects. The VP will manage and drive tech transfer and scale-up of projects at contract manufacturers, prioritizing resources in the lab and ensuring adequate resources are assigned to each opportunity.
