We are currently searching for a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Responsibilities Lead full life cycle implementations , development projects, and Interfaces & Integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud. Manage large-scale Support Engagements (AMS) with oversight of teams exceeding 20+ members . Resolve technical impediments , perform risk planning, and streamline operational processes. Drive test metrics and dashboards , providing best practices and testing processes tailored to customer requirements. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to plan release schedules and manage release cycles. Lead weekly and monthly governance calls with the customer to ensure alignment and service quality. Manage stringent SLAs and maintain high performance across diverse global regions and time zones. Requirements Minimum of 12 years of overall experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. At least 8 years of hands-on experience specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR, ORC, Talent, Absence, etc.). Deep expertise in Fusion Cloud SaaS applications and Oracle methodologies ( UAM/TCM ). Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customers across different regions Proven track record in AMS Management for large, complex environments. Languages English (Mandatory - Professional working proficiency). Native Spanish. Note: Fully remote.
