About The Position
Join a heritage luxury brand. If you’re a polished closer who can guide high-net-worth clients and own the order from quote to delivery, we want you. Weekends are mandatory (Sat & Sun).
Requirements
- 1+ year sales (luxury/furniture/high-ticket preferred)
- Confident communication & etiquette; organized, detail-oriented
- CRM/POS fluency; basic Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to stand long periods & occasionally move items with assistance
- Both Saturday & Sunday every week (two weekdays off, rotating)
Nice To Haves
- Design sense; fabric/finish familiarity
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, discover needs, present solutions, close high-ticket sales
- Build quotes, take payments, enter & track orders in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Proactively follow up on quotes, production, shipping, delivery (24h SLA)
- Keep the showroom immaculate; stage product; print/apply price tags
- Coordinate deliveries; resolve issues quickly; hit targets
