About The Position
IMS Relocation in Carrollton, TX is seeking a dedicated Mover/Loader/Helper to join our team. This position involves loading and unloading furniture and other items between various locations, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for wrapping furniture in protective materials, delivering and setting up furniture inside client homes as required, and responding to client inquiries in a professional manner. Additionally, the role includes collecting furniture from residential or commercial locations and protecting all donated furniture from damage through established best practices. The Mover/Loader/Helper will also be responsible for collecting payments and issuing receipts, assisting clients with their luggage, and adjusting routes to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions as needed. Regular cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle is also part of the job responsibilities.
