About The Position

We are looking for a Furniture Installer to add to our team. You will be expected to install and assemble office furniture, including systems furniture, case goods, lounge furniture, accessories, etc. within customers' facilities in a professional and efficient manner. You will be responsible for timely completion of projects with a high level of workmanship and customer service.

Requirements

• Eye for detail.
• Ability to read plans (architectural and furniture) for specific furniture locations and arrangements preferred.
• Ability to read furniture assembly instructions preferred.
• Ability to work with technology such as using your phone for looking up information on projects and receiving instructions for the day.
• Ability to take instruction from others.
• Ability to work well with a team, but also be able to work on your own.
• Self-motivated.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis.
• Customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner with both customers and coworkers.
• Hardworking and strong desire to succeed.
• Must be self-directing and able to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
• Availability to occasionally work after hours and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with your hands and basic tools – mechanically inclined.
• Must have valid driver's license.
