About The Position

Join our crew to deliver, install, and assemble office furniture at a variety of Encompas’ customer locations, including office panel systems, chairs, tables, and other freestanding furniture. Installers are responsible for timely and quality workmanship within a customer-service-driven atmosphere. A typical workday may include reviewing projects, driving, loading/unloading, assembling/installing furniture per project manager’s plans, inventorying, receiving shipment, travelling to customer locations to perform repairs or replace parts, and other related tasks. Installers must be able to communicate professionally with customers, inform them of progress, build trust and confidence, resolve issues, and enhance the overall experience they have with the company.
