About The Position

At Royal Furniture we take pride in bringing our customers the most incredible values in furniture, appliances, and mattresses. Royal has been family owned and operated since 1946. Now in our third generation of leadership, we've mastered the art of buying big and passing the savings on to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Box Truck Driver. Hours are Tuesday-Saturday starting at 8am to when routes are finished (usually around 4 or 5 pm). Employees are paid commission based on the percent of the furniture they deliver, calculated based on what the customer pays. Annual salaries for our drivers typically range from $45K - $65K. Details: Delivers furniture to customer's homes, including assembling furniture prior to loading furniture on the truck. Ensures furniture is loaded onto truck in delivery sequence and is padded, strapped, tied-down, balanced and secured so that no damage will occur during trip to customer's home. Safely and carefully unloads and sets up furniture in customer's home; wipes down and touches up furniture once delivered to ensure its integrity. Provides world class customer service and performs duties with a high level of workmanship and a high degree of customer satisfaction. Ensures delivery schedule is followed and communicates with dispatch throughout the day. Individual will be assisted by a helper driving to sites. Supports warehouse functions as needed. Requirements

Delivery/Furniture moving experience
