About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Distribution & Logistics Manager, this individual performs all duties and responsibilities associated with making deliveries to District facilities including taking inventory and ensuring the safety and maintenance of the vehicle.

Requirements

Experience with maneuver motorized floor jack and tow motor
Able to lift up to sixty pounds
Good math skills required
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Ohio Driver’s License Experience operating a 26’ box truck
Valid CDL Class A or B License

Responsibilities

Deliver elementary or secondary routes as deemed necessary by management
Take out emergency deliveries as instructed by management
Receive incoming product according to procedures
Stage product for delivery routes
Organize product for delivery routes
Assist in physical inventory
Load truck accordingly
Deliver appropriate items to respective schools, verifying with a signature from designee
Inspect vehicle weekly to ensure safety and maintenance of vehicle
Refuel truck as needed
Sign all invoices, bills of lading, receiving memos, shipping documents as applied
Count and verify all products and counts
Stage product according to shipping
Move product to respective storage locations
Perform other related tasks as assigned
