The Furniture Business Development Manager role is focused on driving growth within Innovative’s commercial furniture division through proactive business development, relationship building, and industry engagement. This position is responsible for generating new opportunities by building meaningful connections within key influencer groups—including Architecture & Design (A+D), Commercial Real Estate (CRE), and General Contractors (GCs)—as well as directly prospecting mid-size and large organizations. In addition to furniture, this role will also support the growth of Innovative’s broader service and product offerings—including AV, lighting, and other complementary solutions—where they align with client needs. Success in this role will come from consistent market presence, strong relationship development, and the ability to translate those relationships into new business opportunities across multiple categories. This role will support business development efforts across all markets that Innovative serves, including the Twin Cities, Sioux Falls, Duluth, and Fargo.
