What You'll Do as a Furniture Assembly Technician Assemble outdoor poly furniture using hand tools, power tools, and pre-cut materials Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and production schedules Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support team members to keep production running efficiently Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues Package finished products for shipment as needed Our Ideal Furniture Assembly Technician Experienced: At least 1 year in manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, or construction; able to read basic drawings and follow detailed instructions. Hands-On Builder: Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools for product assembly.
