As a Product Recovery Associate, contributing to the recovery and sustainability work in the store, you will minimize all internal damages or other costs related to IKEA products, take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, and support the quality work in the store to improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products.

Requirements

• Retail experience.
• Knowledge of how to build quality IKEA furniture.
• Knowledge of waste management and sustainability principles.
• Experience working in a customer and commercial-oriented business.

Responsibilities

• Minimize all internal damages or other costs related to IKEA products.
• Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly.
• Present IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression.
• Sell products with pride and set relevant prices that are attractive to customers.
• Support the quality work in the store to improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products.
• Consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.
• Contribute to an environment that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
