About The Position

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is hiring a dedicated and dependable individual for a Furnace Technician position in Gray Court, SC.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with vacuum furnaces, hydrogen furnaces, or similar high-temperature industrial equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience with TPM programs and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum furnaces, hydrogen furnaces, and belt hydrogen furnaces.
• Inspect and maintain furnace components.
• Perform System Accuracy Tests and Temperature Uniformity Surveys.
• Visual inspection of metallized parts as required.
• Maintain lot identity and appropriate paperwork.
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance to enhance equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
