Job Details: Process orders according to schedule Maximize loads Perform setup to reduce warping & distortion as required Operate equipment in a safe manner Computer input to Visual Shop and SSI Keep work area clean and organized Safe operation of forklifts Handle customer parts with care Notify maintenance of any equipment problems Suggest / share more efficient ways of performing tasks Assist with loading & unloading of trucks Communicate with all shifts Set up loads for following shift Place suspect material in reject area for disposition by QAR Rack or build loads per process instructions Unload product and return to customer dunnage for shipment as required Inspect and test material to customer specifications and Braddock sampling plan Follow procedures for order documentation Prepare completed product for shipping before end of shift Follow supervisor instructions Act as trainer to others on equipment and procedures as needed Provide direction to Shop Helper as need to insure efficient utilization of resource Monitors furnace controls and atmospheres Perform routine maintenance on equipment
