Furnace Assistants will have the opportunity to start out making $22.41 and grow to $25.90 after 90 days with good attendance and performance. Work only 15 days out of the month with 7 days off to have a good work life balance. As our new Furnace Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in all furnace operations as required in a timely but safe manner to ensure smooth running operations and a productive shift. This position requires a person willing to work in extreme temperatures, in an industrial manufacturing environment, and wearing protective equipment. If you have manufacturing experience and are a safety-minded individual, then you could be a good candidate for this role.
