About The Position

Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Member (Seasonal – PT/FT) Do you love getting to work outside and on the water? Do you have a passion for customer service, problem solving, and business management? Seattle Boat is hiring for multiple Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Members to join us for the 2026 season. Requirements

18 Years of age or older
Commitment of your full summer
Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends included!)
Open to working and covering shifts at different locations as needed
Willingness to work summer holidays as assigned
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
A good work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

Boating experience
A love for being on and around the water
Prior experience working with POS systems

Responsibilities

Provide exemplary service to customers while being a team player with your co-workers
Promote a fun and safe boating culture for our boat club members
Maintain cleanliness of our FunShare boat club fleet, marina docks, and fuel docks
Provide support to lift operators, FunShare members, and fuel dock customers
Operate powerboats ranging from 19’-25’ (training provided)
Other duties as assigned
