Requirements

  • Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience is a bonus.
  • Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills, and relationship development skills.
  • Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
  • Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Earn competitive compensation by closing pre-set appointments, with an average annual income of $50,000 - $60,000 and no earning cap.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of being your own boss, setting your own schedule, and balancing work and life priorities.
  • Represent one of our premier funeral home partners in qualified meetings with clients that typically last 90 minutes.
