About The Position
This position is for an ambitious professional seeking to achieve sales goals within the preneed insurance industry, supported by qualified leads, appointment setting, and strategic marketing resources. As an Advance Funeral Planner, you will work in a recession-proof industry, representing premier funeral home partners. Precoa, a national sales and marketing company, provides a dedicated team of over 50 agents for appointment setting, along with field management offering organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching. The role focuses on connecting with clients to plan their final wishes, providing peace of mind for their loved ones, and implementing Precoa's Proactive Preneed system to help families prearrange and heal at the time of loss.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
- Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
