Requirements
- Current life insurance license (or ability to obtain one) required
- 3–5 years of consultative or relationship-based sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Strong closing abilities and a service-first mindset
- Motivation to grow personally and professionally
