Requirements

  • Current life insurance license (or ability to obtain one) required
  • 3–5 years of consultative or relationship-based sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong closing abilities and a service-first mindset
  • Motivation to grow personally and professionally
