About The Position
Cremation Society of Virginia is currently seeking a customer-oriented Funeral Director to join our team as a Pre-Arrangement Advisor. This role is pivotal in providing peace of mind through end-of-life planning, and our Licensed Funeral Directors play a crucial part in achieving this mission by bringing compassion and knowledge to every customer interaction. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting preplanning seminars, engaging with the community, and meeting with families regarding prearranging. As awareness regarding the importance of preplanning continues to grow, we expect this demand to increase exponentially in the future. Your responsibilities will include presenting and selling customized cremation plans, conducting company-sponsored seminars, and establishing important relationships through public relations and networking. You will also partner with our local services team to provide high levels of customer service to families, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.
