Compensation band: 62,400 to 84,000, based on experience with opportunity for quarterly incentive based on service quality. Medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid personal leave. Key Responsibilities: As a Funeral Director, you will have the unique opportunity to guide families through the funeral planning process, ensuring every detail reflects their wishes and honors their loved ones. You will: Compassionately support families : Make funeral arrangements, provide counseling, and ensure every family feels valued and cared for. Lead all aspects of the funeral process : Oversee visitations, funerals, memorials, and cremation services to create meaningful experiences. Manage essential details : Ensure funeral service forms and agreements are accurate and complete, and handle embalming and crematory operations as needed. Collaborate with our dedicated team : Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless communication and execution of services, ensuring each family feels they are our priority. Requirements What You Bring: We are seeking candidates who are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. Our ideal candidate will have: Education : A degree from an accredited Mortuary School. Certification : Successful completion of the National Board Exam. Requirements

A degree from an accredited Mortuary School.
Successful completion of the National Board Exam.
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Licensed Funeral Director preferred.
A valid driver's license, clean driving record.
