The Ambassador performs a variety of tasks during the funeral and memorialization process and assists Funeral Directors and other location staff to ensure services run smoothly and that the expectations of our client families and their guests are exceeded. This role involves greeting and directing client families and their guests, distributing memorialization materials, answering questions, assisting with serving needs, receiving and placing flowers, ensuring refreshments are available, and maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces. The Ambassador also oversees parking, valets vehicles, arranges ceremonial vehicles, and assists with directing and/or transporting families and service attendees to and from service locations outside of the funeral home. This position actively serves as an ambassador of the business in the community, representing it professionally, honestly, and ethically at all times, and maintaining a professional personal appearance and demeanor.
