Who you are: As a Funds Transfer Specialist II, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you set the standard for what it means to wire funds with Frost. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all wire requests follow established guidelines and procedures. You’ll answer inbound and outbound calls and enjoy providing next-level customer service to every individual you interact with.
