Who you are: As a Funds Transfer Specialist I, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you set the standard for what it means to wire funds with Frost. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all wire requests follow established guidelines and procedures. You’ll answer inbound and outbound calls and enjoy providing next-level customer service to every individual you interact with. Our transfer specialist are diligent problem-solvers who constantly deliver our kind of wires experience – the kind that makes people feel secure. What you’ll do: Receive domestic and international wire requests and ensure that wire transfers follow established guidelines and procedures while meeting deadlines Make outbound calls to notify customers of wire transfers utilizing secured measures Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service Perform research in response to inquiries from internal and external clients pertaining to wire transfers Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of banking experience
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities
