https://www.ardaninc.com/california-employee-and-job-application-privacy-notice/ Essential Responsibilities Provides direction to team members to ensure all expected transactions are disbursed daily, emails in queues are replied to timely, and be the first point of contact for funding escalations. Identifies team members who need training and works with team members and management team to complete training. Identifies SOPs that need updates/creation and works with team members and management team to complete them. Keeps team members up to date on best practices and continuing expectations. Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints. Monitors workflow queues to ensure timely disbursements and follow up for post-closing accounting issues. Oversee the funding team to disburse closing proceeds in accordance with parties’ instructions and applicable law. Comply with documents: contracts, settlement statements, closing disclosures, mortgages, deeds and title policies. Remedy post-closing funding issues through contact with closing agents and other internal and external parties. Work collaboratively with all stakeholders including but not limited to internal operations teams, client, outside counsel, and title agent partners. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
