The position involves assisting in the development and implementation of funding policies and procedures, managing the funding process for approved loan applications, and ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds to dealers. The role requires communication with Credit Analysts and Dealer Partners to resolve discrepancies and obtain additional information when necessary. It also involves verifying documentation for compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, conducting thorough reviews of collateral supporting documentation, and utilizing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) to process funding transactions. The candidate will maintain accurate records of all funding transactions, review multiple documentation requests, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals. Excellent customer service and support to dealers and customers regarding funding questions and concerns is also a key aspect of the role.
