Your opportunity Participate in the review, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and process changes to ensure compatibility with transfer agency needs and operational best practices. Support project management activities by tracking deliverables, communicating project status, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines. Responsible for periodic performance and productivity reporting related to US Transfer Agency Operations Assist with the rollout of new processes and technology, including user acceptance testing and documentation of changes. Assist with analyzing operational workflows and recommend technology solutions to automate manual tasks and increase process efficiency. Partner with management to prioritize and implement strategic initiatives based on data-driven insights. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff regarding operational changes, project updates, and quality feedback. Carry out other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Previous experience with process improvement, automation, and project management.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of fund processes, investment products, and financial markets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accountable, adaptable, and able to respond to changing business needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Co-pilot, JIRA and Snowflake experience
  • Previous experience in a Transfer Agency environment of a Fund Management company overseeing fund processes.
  • Strong customer focus
  • Highly organized, confident, decisive and enthusiastic self-starter
  • Attention to detail.
