About The Position

As a Fund Services Analyst, you’ll play a key role in performing fund accounting and operational responsibilities for collective funds and institutional portfolios. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days a week. Location(s): Minneapolis, Minnesota

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Independent problem solver with excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with stable value or fixed income investments.
• Knowledge of portfolio accounting, trade settlement operations, and fund processes.
• Familiarity with PAM Accounting software.
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; advanced certifications (CPA, CFA, MBA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Calculate daily stable value Net Asset Values (NAVs) for collective funds and institutional portfolios.
• Reconcile investment activity, positions, and rates with external partners.
• Monitor portfolio metrics and compliance requirements to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for clients, auditors, and regulatory purposes.
• Support audits and client inquiries with accurate, timely information.
• Research and interpret accounting guidance to stay ahead of industry changes.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
