Requirements

  • You have 2 to 3 years experience working on debt finance transactions.
  • You have experience with lender-side representation and experience with private equity and venture capital funds (preferred but not required).
  • You have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and reviewing diligence items in connection with debt finance transactions.
  • You have a familiarity with limited partnership agreements and possibly private equity and venture capital fund structures.
  • You have a proven track-record of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • You have an ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • You are an independent thinker that demonstrates commitment to client service.
  • You desire to work in a team environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility
  • You are a member of the Massachusetts bar.
