About The Position
At New Story, we pioneer solutions to end the global housing crisis by empowering families to become land and homeowners in thriving communities. We recently launched our first impact investment fund to finance land development for low-income families in Latin America. Our investment strategy enables low-income families in emerging markets to purchase property for the first time. This is a first-of-its kind approach which we hope can unlock homeownership worldwide. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and detailed-oriented self-starter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to build and manage day-to-day operations for our new fund. This is a critical hire who will support both the investment and finance teams, and will be a key part of the organization as we continue to grow.
