About The Position
SS&C is a leading financial services and healthcare technology company headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut, with over 27,000 employees in 35 countries. The company serves around 20,000 financial services and healthcare organizations, ranging from the world's largest companies to small and mid-market firms. The Fund Accountant - Launch Program is designed to transition recent college graduates into their professional careers, providing them with a cross-functional understanding of the organization and equipping them with a strong skills foundation to succeed at SS&C. The program includes a mandatory 4-week all in-person immersive training period in the Boston Metro Area from June 2 - June 27, 2025, with travel, housing, and daily stipend included for those not local to the area. Upon completion, participants will transition into full-time positions based on their performance in the program.
