This role is responsible for the successful coordination, events and functions, including client (internal and external) liaison and dining operations. Assist in coordinating the front of house team’s daily operations and function operations. Lead the team to deliver exceptional, prompt and friendly service Lead from the front, mentor and train the team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment Provide administration support to the site’s management team Adherence to Our Safety Culture framework is expected Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedback Liaise with kitchen and service teams regarding room set up and menu requirements during weekly run sheet meetings Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clients
