Role Overview As a Functional Warehouse Management Lead at the Senior Consulting Manager level, you will lead large-scale IT and SAP implementation/migration programs. This role requires exceptional program management skills, strategic oversight, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders to deliver complex, high-value programs.

Requirements

12-15 years of experience in SAP WM/EWM with proven expertise in warehouse operations, automation, and optimization strategies.
Comprehensive knowledge of Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Putaway, Picking, Physical Inventory, and Yard Management processes within SAP WM/EWM.
Strong track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions in global consulting environments.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience in advisory roles within top-tier consulting firms.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-level design for warehouse processes, ensuring robust integration with SD, MM, and TM modules for end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
Develop and review detailed FSDs and TDDs for WM/EWM functionalities, incorporating automation and advanced warehouse scenarios.
Provide solutioning for complex warehouse operations, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies for enhanced productivity.
Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
Manage WM/EWM implementation teams, driving delivery excellence and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Oversee testing cycles, defect resolution, and performance optimization for warehouse management solutions.
Advice on best practices for warehouse automation, digital transformation, and integration with IoT-enabled devices.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security standards, and enterprise audit requirements while fostering continuous improvement
