Primary responsibilities include: · Conduct the configuration management process, including baseline change ticket management, configuration control board execution, and functional configuration updates · Coordinate baseline change documentation reviews · Develop training and instructional materials to supplement baseline change deployments · Conduct test events with Government stakeholders and facilitate approval of enhancements · Coordinate functional requirements gathering and provide input to design · Conduct configuration workshops and provide input to existing configuration management process · Complete and maintain configuration · Develop test scripts · Conduct internal testing, data seeding, and test preparation for Government Acceptance Test events · Conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution · Provide functional support for deployment activities
