About The Position

What You’ll Do: You’ll be the final checkpoint before our products hit the field — testing, troubleshooting, and making sure everything performs to perfection. Set up and run functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts Read technical drawings and work instructions like a pro Use mechanical tools and test equipment to ensure parts meet specifications Identify and work to correct issues Keep quality and productivity at the forefront of everything Use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking Support your team — train others, share knowledge, and raise the bar

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/prints
• Comfortable following written work instructions and procedures
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, including hoses, valves, and regulators
• Comfortable working with high-pressure systems (6,000+ PSI)
• Ability to accurately read and interpret analog pressure gauges
• A high school diploma or GED
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
