About The Position

The position involves performing complex assembly operations and leading production teams. The role requires advanced skills and the ability to adapt to new procedures and techniques to meet the complex requirements of the job. The individual will work under minimal supervision and will be responsible for planning and accomplishing assigned tasks and goals, while also serving as a resource for others in resolving complex problems.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 6+ years' experience or AA/AS/Technical School with 3-6 years' experience.
• Certification with J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 Class Standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform substantially varied and complex tasks under minimal supervision.
• Apply advanced skills to perform functions of the position within assigned area.
• Adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet complex requirements.
• Plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals relying on experience and judgment.
• Serve as a resource to others in resolving complex problems and issues.
• Orient, train, assign, and check the work of other employees.

• Demonstrate knowledge of production procedures.
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports.

• Assist in performance management.
• Assume supervisor/manager's duties in their absence.
