About The Position

Segula Technologies is seeking a skilled professional for a contract position focused on functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components. The role involves troubleshooting and fault repair of aircraft systems, assessing and documenting test data for compliance, and identifying production constraints while communicating effectively with the team. The position requires adherence to high safety and compliance standards and offers the opportunity to support team performance through cross-training and mentoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical assembly and/or electronic materials.
• 7+ years of experience in avionics systems troubleshooting, wire bundle installations, and aircraft electrical systems troubleshooting.
• 7+ years of experience using software applications for internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite, and/or other specialized computer applications.
• 7+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components.
• Conduct aircraft systems troubleshooting and fault repair.
• Assess and document test or analysis data to show compliance.
• Identify roadblocks and production constraints, escalating issues as necessary.
• Support teammates to improve overall team performance through cross-training and mentoring.
• Adhere to high standards of safety and compliance with regulations.

Benefits

• $5,000 relocation assistance, paid in two installments for individuals relocating from more than 80 miles away from the site.
