About The Position

The Functional Test Lead will play a crucial role in Lockheed Martin's 1LMX program, focusing on the development, coordination, and execution of testing for the Enterprise Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This position involves collaborating with various teams to ensure effective testing processes and stakeholder engagement, ultimately contributing to the transformation of operations and business processes.

Requirements

• Significant previous software testing or test planning experience
• Ability to create and execute detailed test planning reflective of future state business processes
• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization
• Work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
• Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to balance technical requirements and techniques to improve customer experience
• US Citizenship is required for system access

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, especially Apriso
• Experience with Zephyr and Agile Hive
• Experience within the 1LMX workstream
• Experience working at multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review scrum team test scenarios
• Serve as the main contact for product team questions on MES test processes, schedule, and execution
• Upload test cases into Zephyr and Agile Hive Hierarchies
• Coordinate with Product Owners and Functional Leads on defect identification and resolution
• Manage and communicate test progress and status to test schedule milestones
• Act as the voice of the customer within the ART throughout product deployment
• Support key Operations transformation activities in support of the 1LMX program
• Manage stakeholder relationships, engagements, and buy-in
