About The Position

We have an immediate opening for a Functional Medicine Practitioner. Our clinic sees a high volume of Functional Medicine new patients each month. These patients commonly present with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, metabolic syndrome, Crohn’s, blood sugar dysregulation, IBS, chronic inflammation, autoimmune disorders, endocrine issues, and other complex health challenges. Cases range from straightforward to highly complex. We are seeking a Functional Medicine professional who can help us address these problems at their root causes and deliver real, measurable, lasting results. WHO YOU ARE We are specifically seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic who wants to integrate Functional Medicine into their practice. You should be comfortable treating musculoskeletal conditions while also demonstrating proficiency in Functional Medicine, including: Ordering and selecting appropriate diagnostic blood panels Understanding and interpreting blood chemistry in a way that patients can clearly understand In-depth knowledge of how nutraceuticals, medications, diet, and lifestyle inputs influence blood chemistry Understanding gut permeability, its impact on immune function, and how addressing it can resolve immune, endocrine, and inflammatory issues A systems-based understanding of how dysfunction develops across the body Familiarity with the true root causes of heart disease, metabolic disorders, weight challenges, autoimmune disease, endocrine dysfunction, and chronic inflammation Strong knowledge of how gut health interacts with cardiovascular health, cognitive function, reproductive health, and the immune system WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We need a provider capable of managing Functional Medicine cases with confidence and expertise. The ideal candidate will bring their own clinical knowledge while also learning our proven system for generating successful outcomes. You must learn quickly, take ownership of your patient outcomes, and communicate professionally with both patients and team members. Technical proficiency is required, including navigating blood testing portals, working with PDFs and email attachments, and using our EMR to review and document patient information. You must communicate clearly and professionally, write complete and grammatically correct sentences, type at least 45 words per minute, and manage email communication in a way that ensures timely and thorough follow-up. We are specifically looking for someone with real-world Functional Medicine experience. This is not an academic or theoretical position. You must have hands-on experience working directly with patients and achieving measurable results through Functional Medicine. Our system is built on practical application through our 6R Functional Medicine process.
