Implementation & Customer Engagement Serve as the primary functional point of contact for customers during implementation projects. Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business needs, workflows, pain points, and priorities. Translate customer requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications and user stories. Guide customers through implementation phases, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, and expectations. Quality Assurance & Testing Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new features, integrations, and configurations. Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate solution quality. Document defects with precision and collaborate closely with developers to support rapid resolution. Ensure testing outcomes align with customer requirements and implementation goals. Project & Work -stream Management Support multiple concurrent implementation projects and work -streams in a fast -paced environment. Prioritize tasks based on business impact, customer timelines, and technical dependencies. Provide regular status updates, identify risks, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across implementation and QA processes.
