About The Position

The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Supervisor at CGRC is responsible for providing administrative and clinical leadership for the FFT program, which serves youth aged 11-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral disorders. This role involves supervising clinicians, ensuring the integration of treatment services, and promoting positive behavioral changes in families through evidence-based interventions. The supervisor will also manage program operations, including documentation, case referrals, and collaboration with stakeholders, while fostering a supportive work environment that encourages professional development and work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in child and family counseling.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Experience with documentation and compliance in clinical settings.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with evidence-based interventions, particularly FFT.
  • Familiarity with program budgeting and financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clinical leadership for the FFT program.
  • Supervise and instruct program team members in treatment services.
  • Ensure clinical competence of all program employees through training and performance management.
  • Intervene in crisis situations to provide immediate assistance.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation requirements according to CGRC procedures.
  • Collaborate and educate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate and manage case referrals and clinician caseloads.
  • Work with FFT experts to implement the model and develop clinical skills.
  • Manage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices.
  • Oversee departmental productivity and ensure consistent referrals.
  • Collaborate on developing accurate program budgets for assigned services.
  • Maintain billable hour expectations.
