About The Position

We are seeking a Functional Family Therapy Provider and Program Aide to join our team. Salary Range: $48,000 - $55,000 (Salary) Bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the $2,500 Retention bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.) We are seeking a Functional Family Therapy Provider and Program Aide to join our team. Your role will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. This position will be a hybrid position both providing FFT services and assures quality service for clients by supporting use of data to demonstrate outcomes for FFT services and outcomes identified in grants. As a member of the Clinical Outpatient team, you will work with 5 other team members and report to our Clinical Manager – FFT.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintaining a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required
Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model
Utilize other systems required, such as MyAvatar, to manage confidential client information
Responsible to provide FFT services for 5 to 6 families, primarily seen in-home on weekly basis
Monitors progress in treatment and adjusts the phase of treatment as indicated
Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of phase system
